Dri-LocŪ 2045
pre-applied threadlocker with good substrate compatibility
specially designed to meet automotive specification
requirements. It is suitable for use on plain and passivated metal
surfaces. DL2045 has good hot strength, heat ageing and solvent
resistance properties. The pre-applied film is dry-to-the-touch
and remains an inert coating until assembly. During assembly
microcapsules contained within the coating, are crushed
releasing an active ingredient which initiates the curing process.
